You have the right to return products purchased and ask for replacement: In all cases where a demonstrable fault of CALYNDIA sold the wrong products or defective products and poor quality (wrong in the order taking, the pricing, the shipping, damaged in transportation, poor packaging, etc.) In each case, the refund and replacement is possible under the following conditions: Within 5 working days you should contact the Branch The product has not been used / opened The product is accompanied by all necessary documents evidencing the transaction (eg ITT, Ap Retail etc.) In case we sent the wrong item, we will send the correct one and assume all shipping costs, old and new product. If you just want another product, you can change it within 20 days (with complete packaging), by paying all costs of shipping to the store HOMMERWORLD.COM.
